Carol Singing with the English Department
On Wednesday, the English Department hosted a festive Carol Singing event. Pupils and teachers gathered to sing a selection of traditional and modern English Christmas songs, filling the school with seasonal cheer. While enjoying some Christmas treats, everyone listened to ’Twas The Night Before Christmas by Clement Clarke Moore.
The afternoon ended on a lively and joyful note with a grand finale of “The Twelve Days of Christmas”, which had everyone singing along and moving to the music.
Thanks to everyone who joined and a special shout out to Mr Räder (Maths) and Mr Beck (Music) for supporting us by playing the piano.

Weihnachtliches Carols-Singen mit der Fachschaft Englisch
Am Mittwoch veranstaltete die Englischfachschaft ein stimmungsvolles Carols-Singen. Schülerinnen, Schüler und Lehrkräfte kamen zusammen, um traditionelle und moderne englische Weihnachtslieder zu singen. Bei weihnachtlichen Leckereien lauschten alle dem Gedicht „’Twas the Night Before Christmas“ von Clement Clarke Moore.
Den fröhlichen Abschluss bildete eine schwungvolle Version von „The Twelve Days of Christmas“, bei der alle begeistert mitsangen und in Bewegung kamen.
Vielen Dank an alle, die dabei waren, und ein besonderer Dank an Herrn Räder (Mathematik) und Herrn Beck (Musik) für ihre Unterstützung am Klavier.
